as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
15 pull ups
10 x box jumps ( 20 inches)
5 dips
one round is 15/10/5, continue with that sequence for 20 minutes
don't skip reps, get all 15 pull ups, then 10 box jumps, followed by 5 dips
